Shipping & Returns
Worldwide shipping is offered. Due to the individual & sometimes delicate nature of each piece, we will contact you to provide quotes for shipping once you have made your purchase. We aim to deliver within 10 days of purchase in the UK and 14 days for Europe & the Rest of the World. However, if you require delivery urgently, we can make arrangements to suit your individual requirements. If you would like to receive shipping rates in advance of purchase, please contact us and we will send you a quote right away.
We strive to use shippers that take the best care of artworks and other items at the most reasonable costs. As much as possible we use packaging and shipping services that try to minimise their impact on the environment.
Please enquire if you would like to collect artworks and other items directly from us in Cambridge, UK.
We can provide a dedicated art handler to deliver and install your artwork, please enquire and we will provide you with a quote.
We do not offer an installation service as standard but are happy to provide advice on how to best install your artworks and to point you in the direction of local installers if possible.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you change your mind about an artwork or interior item, let us know within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange collection. The return courier cost would be at your expense, usually at a similar cost to the delivery. All items should be in the same condition as when they arrived and be repackaged with the original packaging and in the same way, to protect the items from damage whilst in transit. Any damage incurred whilst in your possession will result in the items being non-refundable. Returns can also be made in person to us in Cambridge, UK. For non-artwork items you can choose to arrange the return yourself.
For items that are received in the original condition, refunds will be issued within 5 workings days of receipt of the items. Individual interior furnishings that have been ordered and customised to fit your measurements cannot be returned unless faulty.
If, in the unusual event, an artwork or item is damaged in transit to you, please take photographs of the damage and email to email@example.com We will do our best to resolve the issue or replace items other than artworks. If a solution cannot be achieved, the item will be collected at our expense and you will be offered a full refund.
